GridPilot does not supply or invoice the electrical installation service.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eBooking Information\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAllow approximately 45–60 minutes on site.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe customer should provide access to the parking area, proposed charger location and switchboard.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFull payment is required before the site visit.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eAssessment fee credit:\u003c\/strong\u003e If the customer purchases a qualifying EV charger from GridPilot within 7 calendar days after the assessment, the full NZ$99 assessment fee will be credited toward the eligible charger equipment order. The credit does not apply to electrical work, installation, travel, variations, permits or third-party services. After 7 days, or if no qualifying charger is purchased, the assessment fee remains the normal non-refundable charge for the completed visit and assessment.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eGridPilot’s Role and Next Steps\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGridPilot provides preliminary site-planning and product-selection guidance based on information available at the time of assessment. If the customer decides to proceed, GridPilot may separately quote eligible charger equipment.
